Steven's Story
Once the youngest sales executive in the history of a top-ranked US jobbership, Steven Robert Young, creator of IDEAL and author of two books, seemed destined to be an advocate of pursuing goals.
In 2020, the impact of the pandemic led to a new direction for his consultancy. The change brought IDEAL, his proprietary process, to the forefront, and to anyone (not just businesses) with a goal to improve, achieve, or become something important to them.
BACKGROUND
Before the age of thirty, Steven was leading Sales & Marketing for a multi-million dollar division of an industry-leading company. The basis of his work as a consultant stems from his success as a sales leader.
In 2001, Steven relocated from Los Angeles to New York City, where he achieved his greatest sales successes, which inspired the launch of his own business, in 2008.
Steven helps individual and businesses achieve their most ambitious goals, with IDEAL, his proprietary five-step productivity model.
